Yes! We offer free, no-obligation estimates for all services. You can bring your item to our shop at 315 Main Street in Danube, or you can send us photos and details via email for a preliminary estimate. Final pricing is determined after we examine the item in person.

No appointment is needed for estimates and general inquiries. Our shop is open Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. Feel to walk in! If you want to discuss a complex project or need specific material samples, calling ahead is recommended so we can ensure we have adequate time to assist you.

We can often find close matches to existing fabrics, though exact matches can be challenging depending on the age and availability of the original fabric. We'll work with you to find the best complementary fabric that suits your style and budget. For leather, we have extensive color-matching capabilities.

Our quoted price includes the fabric/material of your choice, labor for reupholstery, and standard cushion filling (foam or down-blend). Additional costs may apply for frame repairs, non-standard filling upgrades, or matching existing patterns. We provide detailed written estimates before any work begins.

Most shoe repairs are completed within 1-2 weeks. Simple repairs like heel blocks or sole patches may be ready in as few as 3-5 days. More complex repairs like resoling or extensive stitching may take 2-3 weeks. We'll provide an estimated completion date when you drop off your shoes.

Yes, we work on men's, women's, and children's shoes across all styles including dress shoes, boots, sandals, athletic shoes, and work boots. We also repair cowboy boots, hiking boots, and specialty footwear. If you have a unique repair need, just ask!

Absolutely! We love working on vintage and antique leather pieces. Our leather restoration services include color refreshing, crack repair, conditioning, and hardware replacement. We can often bring new life to leather that looks beyond repair. Bring in your vintage items for an assessment.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards. For large projects, we require a 50% deposit upfront with the balance due upon pickup. Commercial accounts may be eligible for net-30 payment terms with prior approval.

Completed items must be picked up within 30 days. After 30 days, a storage fee of $5 per day applies. After 60 days, we cannot be responsible for the condition of your item and may need to dispose of unclaimed items to free up workshop space. Please make arrangements to pick up your restored items promptly!
